If you feel good! you look good!


When you wake up in the morning and you see yourself in the mirror, do you like what you see? or it depresses you? It is not because you don't look good but because you don't feel good. Try setting your alarm clock two hours before you leave from work in the morning, drag yourself out of bed, brush your teeth, comb your hair, wear your sweat suit and go jogging for 45 minutes to an hour, appreciate your surroundings and try smiling at people even if you don't know them and when you get home eat a light breakfast enough to last you until lunch and drink a lot of water. Try this everyday and you will feel good and lighter.
Now if you have an exhausting day and you feel tired, think about a thing or activity that sure makes you happy and relaxing. If your physically tired you can go to a massage parlor or have your nails done, pamper yourself or rent a good movie have some popcorn and lay down on your favorite couch. If your mentally tired try forgetting your problems for just an hour and do whatever you want as long as you don't bother other people.
If your watching television and you think that the new hairstyle of the model looks good on you try it, if you think that you would look fabulous on the new clothes you've seen on the magazine buy it! If you think you've been working your ass off for the last 4 weeks, treat yourself out for a drink in a bar, meet friends meet people and party like a rock star.Do anything that makes you feel good just as long as you have the money...
But you know what? I still believe in the saying that the best things in life are FREE! You can still enjoy and feel good without spending a penny, make use of the things you have your friends, your family, your loved ones, you can just lie on a couch and watch television and cuddle up with your someone special. You can get them for free and they are always the ones who would make you feel the most amazing and beautiful person in the world.
